1. Services Provided

We offer wedding planning and event coordination services, including but not limited to venue selection, catering arrangements, photography, entertainment, and logistics. Specific details of the services provided will be outlined in an individual agreement with each client.


2. Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon signing an agreement and making the required payment.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required at the time of contract signing.

Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 18 weeks before the wedding date.

Supplier Booking: The fee includes sourcing and booking suppliers for pre or post-wedding events.

Late Payments: Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of services, subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 5).


3. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Clients must provide complete and accurate details regarding the event.

Compliance with Laws: Clients are responsible for ensuring their event complies with all local laws and venue regulations.

Third-Party Contracts: We may coordinate with third-party vendors on your behalf, but clients are ultimately responsible for agreements made with these vendors.


4. Changes and Modifications

Service Modifications: Requests for changes to services must be made in writing before the event.

Additional Costs: Changes to services may incur additional costs, which must be agreed upon before implementation.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations:

Cancellations made before the event are subjected to a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made within a short period before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Force Majeure: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with the client to reschedule or provide a partial refund where possible.

Vendor Cancellations: If a third-party vendor cancels, we will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement, but we are not liable for third-party failures.


6. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.

Vendor Performance: While we coordinate vendors, we are not responsible for their performance or any issues arising from their services.

Client Responsibility: Clients assume full responsibility for guests’ behavior and any damages caused during the event.


7. Privacy, GDPR Compliance, and Data Protection

Consent & Data Processing:
